From ensuring the home runs smoothly and the children are settled, to ensuring parents and social workers are being kept informed, and making sure staff are stepping up to the mark and maintaining focus – this is just the beginning.

Schooling also being intrinsic to our holistic approach to child care, there is much to do here, a lot of which in terms of good behaviour is a continuation of home life.

In the background, at Head Office there is administration to organise, policies to keep up to date and Official visits from industry inspectors.
